Launching the 2025 Staff Awards - making the difference

In 2025, the DET Staff Awards will bring together winners, headteachers, trustees, school boards and central services for a lunch to celebrate teaching staff, support staff and the central team who have 'made the difference' during this academic year.

One award will be given to a teaching staff member and a support staff member from each school in the Trust, as well as to a member of the central services team. These awards serve as a testament to the commitment and hard work exhibited by our team, who continually go above and beyond to create a positive environment for our staff and learners.

How to nominate

This week you will receive an email with the link to vote. Please vote once, choosing one colleague from central services who you feel should be recognised and use this form to tell us why in no more than 100 words. All nominations will be submitted to the judging panel. Nominations close at 3pm on 20 May.
